How Do The Frownies Work?

How to Apply The Frownies

1.   Separate the facial patches along the perforations to the desired sizes. We recommend using the smallest, individual shapes to contour to your unique facial structure.

2.   Wet the shiny side of the facial patches with The Frownies Rose Water Hydrator or warm water to activate the starch-based adhesive. Set the facial patches aside until they become tacky and begin to curl slightly, for up to 90 seconds.

3.   Gently massage the intended area of the skin for approximately 10 seconds to increase circulation and blood flow.

4.   With one hand, separate any creases in the skin while applying the facial patches with the other hand. For best results, overlap the facial patches and cover the entire forehead.

5.   Wear The Frownies Facial Patches overnight, or for at least three hours, to relax facial tension and retrain facial muscles.

6.   To remove, soak the patches with a wet washcloth or by splashing your face with plenty of warm water. Gently slide your fingers underneath the patches to remove. Alternatively, you can remove them during your morning shower or even sweat them off during your workout!
